4K Practice Piece

So far our fall season has been pairs only rowing so my first opportunity to go on the water in a coxed boat was today (finally!). With our first head race happening this weekend, we did a practice 4K in 4's. This is my first time back in a competitive boat in months and so coxing isn't where I'd like it to be but I thought I'd share it just for some starter recordings because there never seems to be enough on the internet anyways!
